Alpha Adrian's POV
My heart was beating really loudly now and I could feel my wolf growling in anger. He had done it this time.
He'd gone too far. He not only tampered with my business, he also cost a life in the process.
“Daddy, is something wrong?” Kylian asked when I finally came back in.
I walked toward him and pulled him into my arms.
“I need you to stay here and look after your nanny for me, okay? I have to make a quick trip to the office, but I’ll be back soon to take both of you home,” I said, my eyes settling on her too.
I could see the question in her eyes; a part of me hoped she would ask, but she didn't. I nodded at her before dashing out and getting into my car.
I picked up my phone to call Collins and he answered on the first ring.
“Are you still at the office?” I ask
