It’s been three days staying at this hotel. I go to the diner every day and chat with the locals. They really are sweet once you get past the hillbilly scariness. But I’ve been barely eating, and despite being tired all the time, I can barely sleep.
I know I need to go home soon. Plus, I miss everyone… well, except Vincent. I miss walking to the neighborhood and chatting with the pack members. I miss hanging out with Gladdis. I know once she finds out I’m pregnant, she’s going to be my number one cheerleader.
I miss the guys at the factory- seeing Chuck giving his grandson hell for no reason, to make him a better worker. I miss homemade fresh food. Hell, I even miss bugging Josh.
