“Are you stunning!” Cora whispered, finally moving back.
I blinked at the mirror, unable to recognize the woman staring back at me. Never in my life have I ever imagined myself as a bride. Yet here I stood, in the most stunning dress, draping myself like a halo of white. Cora did my hair in a bun, adorning it with a beautiful silver comb studded with blue diamonds and kept my make-up minimal. But what stunned me the most was the most gorgeous pair of heels she got me. They looked like Cinderella’s glass slippers adorned with beautiful blue stones. By the time she was done, I was speechless.
“You look gorgeous,” Rose agreed, setting up the veil. “Oh, Asher will be mesmerized.”
