The back lawn was already filled with guests, everyone having taken their seats in the banquette seating on either side of the wooden deck in the very center. Beautiful Chinese lamps illuminated the lawn and sitting areas, but other than that, the lights were kept dimmed. The scent of autumn flowers was scattered throughout. On the very center of the wooden deck was a raised platform where, apparently, the ancient relic or pack soul as they call it was to be kept.
I noticed a few omega men taking positions with heavy drums on for corners of the deck. It was all very fascinating.
