I stayed out there training with the kids for an hour and they were in worse shape than I thought. They were going to need to put in a lot of work before they were even eligible to start hand to hand combat.
They needed a lot of weight training and calesthetics. Starting off with choosing a permanent spot for us to train and I was going to mark it off and make them run that training field every day.
By the time I was finished with the kids that day, they all looked exhausted and I headed back over to where Jack had been watching me. But there were a lot of other pack members standing around as well.
