"He's so fast" April stated, her eyes wide.
"And hot! You hit the jackpot babe! Up top!" She exclaimed, raising her hands for a high five.
I giggled and we clapped hands, before what Valerian said sunk in.
"Oh we're not related. I've been a Plateau girl all my life so it's highly unlikely we're twins" she explained sweetly, trying her best to hide her excitement as she rudely checked him out.
I wasn't exactly jealous because April is very open with checking people out but doesn't mean any harm. She also understands what Valerian is to me so we wouldn't have any issue.
"April?" I called her softly.
"What?" She grinned, turning towards me apparently still excited for me.
