Her eyes blazed as she snapped, “What are you smiling at?” Killian only shook his head, choosing not to tease his feisty little Luna further. “Forget it,” he muttered. Then, more firmly, he asked, “Tell me, why did you come to my office?” That question had been gnawing at him ever since she had stormed in. She could barely stand to breathe the same air as him, yet she had barged in without warning. There had to be a reason. She stepped closer, squaring her shoulders, until she stood directly in front of him. Hands on her hips, she glared up at him and demanded, “Did you appoint that bodyguard for me?” “Yes, angel,” Killian replied evenly. “And he will be with you twenty-four seven.” Her foot tapped against the floor in irritation. “Are you serious? Why would you appoint a bodyguard?
