Chapter 107
Fury, Margot, Tim, and Aidan waited patiently in the hospital waiting room for Logan to come out of surgery. They weren’t exactly sure how serious his injuries were, but no one really asked. He had taken a brutal beating from Margot and Fury just less than 36 hours earlier, and then he was nearly killed by Niall. On top of that, Logan used whatever remaining strength he had to deliver the final blow to Niall. It’s no wonder he had to have surgery.
Tim and Aidan hadn’t said much since they arrived at the hospital. They didn’t have much to say in general. Margot had ripped them a new one while lecturing Fury earlier outside. They were reflecting on the fact that their lack of action to help Logan made them no better than him.
