“Do you honestly think you can beat me!?” Elara’s voice rang out. She and Max were at a stand-off. Mikey and the other bounty hunters were busy taking care of Ethan’s adoptive parents, while Fury was duking it out with Ethan out back.
Max knew that if Elara had the chance, she would do whatever she could to help Ethan, and that meant going after Fury. Max wouldn’t allow that to happen.
