Elliot's morning started out brilliant. Last night he had snuck into Nigella's room again. (Just because her family approved of him, did not mean he had free access to her all the time. The sneaking game was still on.)
It was nearly impossible for him to leave once he was with her. They had played a few board games and Nigella fell asleep. Elliot decided to just rest for a while and unknowingly fell asleep. Only when the bright sunlight flashed on his face did he remembered that he was supposed to have gone back.
However, waking up to Nigella was the best thing in the world. They were snuggled with blankets and pillows, her hair was sprawled in all directions and one side of her face was squished on his arm.
