I know it may seem crazy or too soon for what is happening within my life, but sometimes you just get these gut feelings that you need to follow. I had a gut feeling with Brad, but I chose to ignore it and look where it got me. I have always had these gut feelings/just like a sixth sense when it comes to certain things...like Derek. From the moment that I met him, I have felt something different about him from everyone else. I also felt safe around him which is weird because the only person I ever felt truly safe around was my mother and my bestfriend, but mainly my mother.
Feeling safe may seem like a small thing to other people, but to me...it is everything. I have always been beaten around with no one to really save me and then all of sudden, I met Derek who is holding
