It is getting exhausting, especially as Moros keeps fighting the protection spell continuously, making me feel like he is ripping my soul apart when he disappears and resurfaces in and out of it.
But every time I stop interacting with my pup, it starts getting angry at something again, his anxiety skyrocketing, and with it, Emma’s heartbeat.
So, I continue to soothe him while constantly trying to get Moros to stop fighting the magical wall and just succumb like all the other shifters are doing.
Even Ace’s demon seems to have given up, although I’m not quite convinced, as he claims that he is talking with our father through whatever mind link he is able to erect and keep stable for a full ass conversation.
This has to be some kind of scheme.
