I had to agree with Sly. How could I just give up on my mate when we had not even started. I had to fight for her. I went straight from there into the garden but they were not there. My heart started thumping. Where could that asshole Andrew had taken her? And Iris, why would she allow herself to be taken anywhere secret by anyone when I was her mate? Then I got a whiff of her scent, so intoxicating. I shut my eyes and could feel my need for her grow.
'This will not do at all!' I cautioned myself. 'Snap out of it! How can you keep acting like a depraved and sexually starved teenager around her? Get a hold!'
I opened my eyes and sniffed, following her scent to a secluded place where not only she and Andrew were, but another couple as well.
