Her words sunk in like stones in water, the feeling they left was not pleasant. She felt guilty, she understood the meaning of sacrifice better than anyone else.
“You are her vessel as I am her mothers, it is a curse and a blessing. The burden we hold is the same, we did not choice our fates. We are forced to give up everything, to save the ones we love,” she said as she looked out towards the dusk.
