Mother is Ava home?
I needed to make sure that Conner wasn't bluffing, so I called my mother...
Uhm, I haven't seen her. She went up to her room and said that she was going to wait for you there.
Could you go up and check for me please?
Okay... have you heard anything from Conner yet?
No nothing, can you hurry?
I am almost at your door, just hold for me...
I heard her knock, then push the door to our room open. Her heels clicked on the tiled floors as she made her way inside, but something had already told me what I feared. She wasn't there.
Hudson? uhm Ava isn't here.
Okay thank you mom, I'll call if I have any news...
