"Today I married my best friend, the woman I have loved for so long, and I am sure most of you know how our story began. I could talk about it over and over again when a young boy fell helplessly in love with a younger girl. I lost her, but fate or God brought her back to me and words cannot express how happy I am to stand here looking down at her knowing that she is my wife... I love you Ava, I always have, and I always will."
Everything I felt these past few days melted away into nothing when I heard those words. It was what I needed to hear to know that Hudson still loved me, that he still cared even despite his lack there of for the past few days...
