My dad was coming over today to spend the day with me before leaving for California tomorrow. These last two days have been extremely hard for me. The thought of leaving Levi behind for good pained me, but it was what I desperately needed. I thought we could work through our differences, but the pain we both had caused each other was too much to handle. We needed the distance, and the distraction would be good for us both. Part of me still believed that somehow we would find our way back to each other. It may not be tomorrow or even a year down the road, but maybe someday fate will bring us back together.
