Delilah's POV There were sounds of wolves training already echoed through the forest from the direction of the grounds, and my stomach sank. No. No, they couldn't be training this early. Training started at nine and it always started at nine. Except apparently not today. I stood on the porch trying to figure out what to do, because the path to the healing center ran right past the training grounds. There was no other route that wouldn't add twenty minutes to my walk, and I couldn't be late on my first day since Margaret had made it clear that punctuality mattered. Maybe I could slip past without them noticing.
