I laid on the ground, unmoving as I stared at the sky above me. The sunshine that had been so strong earlier this morning was now forgotten, dark, thunderous clouds looming above me. I found myself running my fingers along the brand, the movement coming so naturally that it took me a moment to realize that I was doing it. I became aware of an all too familiar burn behind my eyelids, causing me to blink rapidly as I fought back the tears.  ~•°•~      “So, when I can’t fight...
