Inside the pack house Killian was still fuming. He saw what Kellan showed him. They were having a little girl in a few weeks, but he couldn’t help but be angry in thinking how everyone was turning on them and their pup all because Rose was jealous. He smiled when he remembered how Rose looked taking care of Leland this morning. How did everything go south so fast? Ryker, his Lycan was also feeling down. He hurt his own mate without thinking. But he couldn’t stop the words his mate said, “When you finally see the truth… it will be too late.” What truth was she talking about? He was brought out his thought by a knock on the door.
“Come in” he called.
“I wanted to bring you what we got for the charity” Alex said in a flat tone.
