On the large soft bed, the princess yawned awake, having slept for hours. The sun had just set and nighttime was right with her. She pulled herself up, leaning on the headboard. She disorientedly set the book on her lap on her nightstand. ‘how long was I asleep for?’ She asked herself when her stomach rumbled and hunger set in. She had been sleeping a lot during the day. But it looked like she had slept a lot more than usual. She felt well-rested but didn’t think she could afford to walk around in her condition.
