CHAPTER 39 – Second date night
Hazel’s POV
I heard the sound of birds chirping and another sound in my left ear. I opened my eyes to see that I was sleeping on Xavier’s chest and it was his heartbeat that I heard in my left ear. I stirred a little bit, stretching myself.
“Good morning, my angel.” I heard the most beautiful voice in the world. I realized that I was sleeping in his t-shirt and boy shorts, he must have changed my clothes last night. I slept on his lap while we were on the way back from Moon Goddess mountain to the packhouse. I looked at him and he was looking back at me with his beautiful blue eyes.
“Good morning, baby. Last night was the best sleep I have ever had in my life!” I hugged him and he started to draw circles on my back.
