Xavier’s POV
I saw that her face turned gloomy when she heard the news of the pregnancy. Is she afraid of the pregnancy or something else is knocking her heart? When I spoke to her about it, I found out that her concern was that we were not married yet. I was planning to propose to her soon, but I didn’t tell her about that. Now that all the miseries were over, I had to propose to her soon, before her baby bump became more visible. Plus, I had to plan the wedding also. When I heard the heartbeat of the baby, I was in awe of how wonderful a miracle could grow in her tummy. A life inside another life.
