"I'll send him home now, Neo," I said into the phone, my eyes never leaving the children.
[Uh... Can he stay in your place tonight, Paige? I still have some pack and company matters to handle. But if not, it's okay. Just send me your location and I'll pick him up.]
I looked at Nate and Asher playing on the hospital bed. They're watching on Steve's cellphone. Of course, Alex, Steve and Ares already know about Nate. I couldn't hide the truth from them since they visited Asher this afternoon in the hospital.
I chewed my bottom lip after seeing Asher smiling at Nate. They're getting along.
I caressed my nape. "It's okay, Neo. He can stay at my place."
