"Mom, mom..." I squinted my eyes open at the sound of Alexius' voice, wondering what he needed me for as I rubbed the sleep from my eyes while shifting on the bed.
"Mom, I want water...." The shallow voice reached my ears again, and I sat up in a hurry, realizing I must've slept off after drinking the tea. Alexius, my head snapped to his side on the bed, and I let out a sigh of relief as I saw him hugging a pillow to his chest and eyes wide open.
"Water...." He mumbled again, snuggling into the pillow, and I rushed out of bed.
"I'll go get it now." I jumped out of bed, hurried out of our bedroom, and I rushed to get water from the refrigerator in the sitting room on our floor.
