I woke up with a startling growl, still cradled in Paige’s arms. I remembered, I remembered everything from that dream, and my rage all but intensified at the memory of everything I witnessed.
“Thank goddess you’re awake. You were shaking and growling in your sleep.” Paige’s voice filtered through my thoughts as I tried to break free from his hands in an attempt to scramble off the bed.
