I woke up the next day, wrapped around Ambrose’s arms. His face is inches from mine that I can feel his breath on fanning my cheek. I swallowed hard and decided to take a moment to stare at his serene sleeping face when images of him and Aira crossed my mind. My eyes widened and I immediately pushed him away from me. He stirred on his sleep and forced himself to open his eyes and look at me with creased brows. I looked away and sat up on the bed. My heart is still clenching in pain, suffocating me.   I didn’t know how I would be able to face him now after all the realization I had. I need to keep it all in mind.
