GELLER'S POV I thought letting off some steam during training would make me feel better. And sure, I let off plenty of it. But instead of relief, I felt shittier than ever. I needed to clear my head, so I headed to the woods for a run. I pushed myself harder than usual, letting the burn in my muscles distract me from the mess in my head.
