Seth POV
Iv never known a vampire’s body to reject blood before. Even mine, being alive like Mauri’s I can feed on any type of blood and keep it down. I don’t believe Mauri would lie about something like that either. I’ve been up most of the night trying to figure out why blood besides mine would make her sick. It must be something to do with her Siren gene.
I have a demon friend who is older than me. I have requested a quick meeting with him this morning. He is the king of the demons and has encountered thousands of creatures who pass through him into the underworld. I am hoping that he can tell me aspects of Sirens that I do not already know. They were always mysteries creatures, and their secrets were left untold, but Lucian knows nearly everything.
