Chapter Twenty-Four
Mauri POV
Seth’s body quivers beneath me as I dig my fangs into his neck. His deep groan vibrates his chest – the sound of bliss as he experiences the pleasure I release into him with my venom. He is intoxicating, everything about him drives me insane when I am near him. I want to be so close to him that we are connected in some sort of way.
I couldn’t help myself. I wasn’t nearly as satisfied as I should have been before the human needed a break. She was useless to me, so I made her leave. If I am going to feed, I am going to feed from him, because he tastes ten times better than any measly human.
