I woke up the next day feeling happy and satiated despite not having enough sleep. I spent a wonderful night with Vladimire, despite what happened the other day. But when I stretched my arm, I found his side of the bed cold and empty. The cold blanket only means one thing. He left a couple of hours earlier. It's already dawn when I close my eyes to take some rest. Glancing at the clock hanging on the wall, it's just seven in the morning.
I can't help but wonder what time Vladimir left or whether he had any sleep last night. I was hoping that we could get a chance to talk this morning, but he left so early. I can't help but wonder whether he had an important meeting this morning or if he's deliberately trying to avoid me.
I immediately reached for my phone and tried calling him. B
