I could hear low voices around me. I opened my eyes and looked around. My heart started pounding when I noticed I was back in the room I share with my mates. As I look to my right, I see my mates sitting on the sofa. They looked exhausted and Yaritza's eyes were red and puffy. As if sensing my eyes on her, Yaritza looked up and her eyes widened when she saw me looking at her.
"He's awake" she said, making Cory and Blake look at me. The three of them got up and rushed towards me.
"How are you feeling?" Cory asked, helping me sit up as Blake brought a cup of water to my lips. I drank as much as I could before giving him a small nod that I was done.
