"I want him fired now," Venus speaks up, looking up at me with his hands crossed on his chest. He seems so certain that I will do as he says, and that's not a lie. For Venus, I'll do anything.
"Okay."
He suppresses a smile, sending a knowing look Edward's way.
"Why?"
Venus turns to me with a frown. "He f*****g insulted me, Lewis! I want him fired right away. He's lucky I'm only restricting it to your companies!" Venus continues glaring at me.
"Did you insult him?" I turn my gaze to Edward.
"S-Sir, he started it. He hit me first!" Edward's voice takes a higher pitch as he presses a white cloth to his bleeding nose.
Venus grabs my arm, forcing me to look down at him.
"Don't you believe me?! Do you think I'm telling lies, Lewis?!"
