Well, I'd like to say I relaxed, but I didn't. If anything, I grew slightly irritated. Like I was upset that they didn't try something.
What the hell is wrong with me? Did I want them to bully me? Maybe I just feel more comfortable with that treatment? Maybe I just feel incredibly guilty, like I deserve it?
The questions were never ending, so I decided to finally get out. I took my time getting dressed. I even blow-dried my hair, not giving a single sh.it about wasting anyone's time. They can leave me here for all I care. At least I'd have some peace about the questions swirling
