Chapter 114: The Last Date
I spent the day preparing sumptuous food for our dinner. At least, in this way, I might be able to somehow repay Bryan’s kindness to me.
Right after we talked last night, he locked himself in his bedroom. I know how painful it is for him. and I blame no one but myself for hurting him.
My heart tells me to apologize and to take back my words and live with Bryan instead. But my mind says find freedom and peace, and rise from the ashes.
I told Ricardo that Hugo and I would be leaving early tomorrow. So, he spent the day as well, playing with Hugo or as what he likes to call sea urchin.
During breakfast and lunch, I delivered food in front of Bryan’s door. He would take the food but would never utter words to me nor give me a quick glance.
