“Joe baby, you don’t need to do this, I will tell them who we are.” Amaya sighed as we got ready.
“Amaya my love we have been through this, I am resigning.” I said kissing her softly.
“But it is your job.” She said
“Yes, and I can get another one, you are not getting thrown out because of me, that will be on your record, I resign that will be it, it won’t be on my record, that is the deal. I am not doing this, and nothing is going to change my mind.” I said softly “I love you.” I added
She let out a loud sigh but nodded her head. She didn’t have to go in for another hour, but I had to leave now.
“You sure you can get there no bother; I can drop you off somewhere closer?” I suggested.
