~LADY DANIKA'S CHAMBERS ~
"Get the hell out of my sight, or I feed your remains to the vultures!"
Lady Danika was seated on her ornate dressing chair, glaring angrily at the young maid, who quickly scampered away backwards.
Lady Danika huffed angrily, and snapped her gaze back to the mirror. Her reflection stared back at her. She heaved a deep sigh, as she tried to focus on the soothing pleasure that came from the maids working on her hair.
They brushed and de-tangled all loosed ends, massaging her skull softly. Even the sweet smell of lavender oil which they administered to her hair did nothing to alleviate her foul mood.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door, and her expression crumpled once more, snapping towards the door.
