"Can I borrow my sister for a moment, please?" Axel asks when he meets us on the dance floor, and both Jean and I look at him with raised brows,
"I believe a banquet is for dancing," I say, turning to him,
"I believe that's one of the things done during a dance, "he says nodding,
"then allow us to do just that, Axel," Jean said with a charming smile, and Axel smiled back genuinely,
"I'm sorry I have to tear you both just now, but this will only take a couple of minutes, and then she is all yours."
I looked at my brother with a frown and turned to Jean, " A moment with my brother, please? He sometimes seems to forget that I have a life of my own to live."
