Bilskirnir – MayaguanaThe small island of Mayaguana was hidden away at the South-western-most tip of the Bahamian chain. Only accessible by sea-planes, helicopters or boat, it still had its eastern extremity closed to the outside world. The whole area was owned by Stig Oleson and was a no go area to the public. Fenced off by three metre high wire, he regarded it as his own private world and he intended it to remain that way. He had named it Bilskirnir, the hall of Thor, and this was the base for this half submarine, half ship monstrosity called "The Thor".
