I knew that she would come…
I was afraid for a second there that the demon wolf influenced her more than I initially thought but the curiosity inside of her was still the same. She couldn’t NOT come. She had to know all the answers and our meeting here was inevitable.
I would prefer to take her to a proper beach, just like back then… But the drive was too long and the risk was too high. And I couldn’t do this anymore.
I needed her to remember.
“Don’t be so c*cky,” she rolled her eyes in her usual manner which I loved so much and I could only hope that this would go well tonight.
“I will do my best,” a smirk curled my lips, “But I am happy to see you here. That means that nothing changed.”
Her brow raised slightly. But I noticed. I always noticed those little details about her.
