Shannon’s POV.
The atmosphere in the clubhouse is filled with anxious tension. The men are getting ready for war. The women are worried and sticking closer to their men and kids for the time being. It is now time.
Giovanni’s men arrived this morning, and we all sat in Church. We went over the plan, the locations, everything to make sure this plan goes the way we want it.
Some of Giovanni’s men will stay behind here to protect the clubhouse and the women and kids. Terry wanted to come with us but I told him he needed to stay here with his dad and Ruby.
Thinking of Ruby, she has gotten closer to Beard and I think there may be a little something happening between them. But that is their business.
