Shannon’s POV.
I’m laughing at something Katie just said to Glitter. When the doors to the conference room bang open and my dad storms out.
“Dad. Dad.” I shout as Katie helps me up. He stops and looks at me with tears in his eyes and shakes his head, and storms out of the clubhouse.
“What the hell was that about?” Glitter asks as she stands beside me. I turn my head towards the open doors of the conference room.
“I’m going to find out.” I say as I hobble towards the room and hear Chase giving instructions.
“What happened?” I ask as I hobble inside and the officers all look at me. All with different degrees of confusion, sadness, and rage on their faces. I look at Beard and he shakes his head.
