The atmosphere at the event erupted with joy and excitement as soon as the Dragon Prince Aiden and Princess Regina began to dance. The slow melody quickly transformed into a love song. Grant felt humiliated when Aiden stole Regina out from under his nose. This time he wasn't able to keep his growl from reaching Aiden's ears which interfered with Aiden’s moment with his mate. His dark green eyes spotted Grant who’d dared to growl. Grant refused to concede defeat and appeared to be acting odd to the other party guests, so he quickly drew Laila into a dance. Now that her fantasy had come true, Laila felt like she was on cloud nine. Regina glanced over her shoulder, then moved on to focus on Aiden's face before he had the chance to crush Grant.
