Chapter Twenty-five: Fall
“You didn't take the medicine I gave you.”
I was shocked when Vander showed in front of me when I got out of the building.
“Gosh! You startled me!” I exclaimed.
He shook his head and I sneezed. It was so cold and I forgot to bring my jacket. So, how could I forget about it, now that I have a cold? He glared at me and looked at what I am wearing.
“I have a spare jacket in my car, wait for me here,” he said.
I immediately shook my head to stop him from doing that. I don't want to borrow his jacket! Even though it was really cold.
“No! I can take it. It's just a fifteen minutes walk from here to my house,” I replied.
