Chapter Fifty-Seven: Leave.
Mara Antonette's Point of View:
The awkward feeling between us was evident when we are eating our breakfast. We are both silently eating the breakfast that Vander made for us. I want to say something, so it would at least lessen the awkwardness that we are both feelings. Then I remembered what I have been thinking about last night.
“Can I move back to my apartment now? Talia was caught now and I missed my bed so much...”
He stopped chewing the food and then looked up at me. “Okay, if that’s what you want. When do you want to move back?”
My mouth opened at what he said. I didn't know that he will agree on what I want. I thought he will refuse but to my surprise, he didn’t. My jaw clenched and look down at my plate to finish my food.
“Today.”
And so I packe
