The interview was surprisingly fun for me, well it was until Ade froze when we were getting ready to leave. Nickie the interviewer was sweet, and she didn’t dig too much into my life.
“Are you ok?” I ask Ade as he grips my hand a little too tight. He nods his head but doesn't look at me. I follow his line of sight and see a guy moving a few boxes over by the doorway that I came in.
I have no idea who he is, but Ade clearly knows him. Gavin came over to join us after he had spoken with Nickie and her crew and was ushering us out, but Ade was not budging.
“Give me five.” He says, kissing my head and walking towards the guy he was staring at. I followed him with my eyes as I waited with Gavin. He was on the phone to Tim and was giving him the run down of how things went.
