My queen stretched out beside me, as she wakens from her nap, she looked dazed and confused, yet still the most beautiful sight my eyes have ever beheld. I moved off the bed to address the servant, I fear I can get no rest, and all I require is but one hour with my love.
“Speak” I command, wanting whatever the issue is sorted immediately so that I can return to laying with Esperanza and our child within her and feel the kicks within her stomach once more.
“Your Majesty, it is regarding one of your old concubines who resides in the palace, Lady Susan, I am afraid she has died after chocking on a chicken bone” the servant announced
“Then prepare a funeral” I sigh
“Yes, your majesty, but she had a child, not ye
