“Will you marry me?” I ask.
The shock on Enzo’s face is hilarious.
“Err-Uhh-I-“ Enzo’s just making noises, I think I broke him. I quickly chime in.
“I mean, I need you to pretend to be my fiancé. Even after everything that happened at the ball, my alpha won’t approve of the dissolving of my engagement to his son. So I need a stronger hand to make things happen.” I say.
“So you want me to be that hand? I can’t believe they would still force you to marry that guy after what he did. Why are they so hell bent on making you the Luna?” Enzo asks.
“I’m not sure. It wasn’t like this before..” In my past life the Alpha didn’t interfere when Will dumped me and took Annabelle as his new bride. Maybe it’s because this time around Will still has feelings for me?
