Their first wedding ceremony was held at the Philippine embassy in London, two days before the end of February. It was witnessed by Mawde, Doona and a few others. However, they proceeded and flew to the Isle of Man to have a garden wedding in the Crellin Estate right after it. It was fast and simple, giving their emotional vows but without the exchanging of the ring part anymore, since they were done with it.
Videos and pictures were taken on both occasions to document their most special day. There were no reporters allowed in both premises, where they were wed.
