I watched the most devastating scene play out before my eyes, I had been thinking of how to break the news to Jade but before I had the time to, she had already found out.
"Where's my mother, who hurt her, who did that to her?" Jade screamed and she rushed wildly to me.
I grabbed her in my embrace and did my best to calm her down because she was very unstable. Her tears soaked my shirt and my heart ached to see her that way. I turned over to Jay and he was also crying uncontrollably. Liya was comforting him.
Just then the door opened and the doctor came out.
"How is she?" Sirius sprang up from his seat and asked immediately.
"I'm afraid we have to be patient, she lost a lot of blood and is currently doing very badly though we can tell you that for now, she is out of danger."
